2. How to Dial the M&P Helpline
The M&P helpline number starts with the Karachi code, so if you are outside Karachi or on a mobile, you need to dial the 021 area prefix:
From a mobile phone
021 111 202 202
On Jazz, Zong, Telenor or Ufone, dial 021 before 111-202-202. Your normal call rates apply.
From a landline
021 111 202 202
On a landline in Karachi, dial 111-202-202 . Outside Karachi, add the 021 city code.
3. M&P Head Office and Hub Addresses
For a pickup or help from a local centre, these are the M&P offices we could confirm:
Karachi (Head Office)
C-17, Korangi Road, DHA Phase II Extension, Karachi.
Lahore Regional Hub
Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore.
Rawalpindi Centre
Kashmir Road, Saddar, Rawalpindi.
These are the only M&P addresses we could check. For any other city, call (021) 111-202-202 to find your nearest courier centre.
4. Call M&P or Track Online?
Use Online Tracking For:
- Seeing if the parcel has left the sender’s city.
- Following normal moves between M&P branches.
- Checking if the parcel is out for delivery today.
- Seeing when it was delivered and who signed.
Call Customer Helpline For:
- Fixing a wrong or incomplete address.
- Giving the rider another phone number to call.
- Asking M&P to hold the parcel so you can collect it.
- Reporting a parcel shown as Delivered that never reached you.
5. What to Have Ready Before You Call M&P
1. Consignment Note Number: Your CN number (at least 7 digits) from the receipt or SMS.
2. Consignee Details: The receiver’s full name, phone number and address, with a nearby landmark.
3. Who sent it: The shop or courier centre where the parcel was booked.
4. Reference Logging: Write down the name of the person you spoke to and any complaint number they give you.

Is the M&P helpline free to call?
UAN numbers like (021) 111-202-202 are normally charged at your usual call rate. Check with your mobile network or landline provider.
Can I complain to M&P by email?
Yes. Email your complaint or question to contact@mulphilog.com and include your CN number.
Can mandptracking.pk help me by phone?
