M&P International Courier: Planning an International Shipment

A plain guide to getting ready to send a parcel abroad with M&P: what to ask, which papers to prepare, what affects price and time, and how tracking works.

This guide gives general advice. It uses M&P’s public information where we could find it (mulphilog.com/courier). Customs rules, duties and flight routes depend on the country you are sending to. Always check the details at an M&P courier centre.

1. What Is M&P International Courier?

M&P Express Logistics has more than 750 courier centres in Pakistan. You can ask at any of them whether it can send your parcel to the country you need.

We could not confirm how M&P moves overseas parcels after they leave Pakistan, or which partners it uses. Parcels sent abroad often pass to another courier in the destination country. Ask M&P how this works for your parcel.

2. What to Ask Before Sending Overseas

Before you book at an M&P courier centre, ask these questions:

Is your country served? Ask whether M&P sends parcels to your destination country, and whether there is any extra charge for the area.
Papers or goods? Papers such as degrees or contracts are usually simpler to send than goods. Goods normally need a detailed list of what is inside.
Packing check: Ask whether staff need to check the contents before the parcel is sealed. If so, do not seal it before you go.

3. Papers You May Need

Missing or wrong papers are a common reason for customs delays. We could not confirm M&P’s exact list, so ask at the courier centre. You will often need:

Papers to Prepare

Your CNIC: Bring your original CNIC and a copy, in case the courier centre asks for it.
Receiver details: The receiver’s full name, full street address, postcode and a phone number in the destination country.
An invoice for goods: For goods and gifts, a signed invoice listing each item, how many there are and what they are worth.
List of items: A clear list of every item in the box. Avoid vague words like “goods” or “samples”.

4. Delivery Time: Always Check the Date

Overseas delivery times are not fixed like domestic services. How long it takes depends on:

Flights: Countries with direct flights from Pakistan are usually quicker to reach than places that need several stops.
Customs: Customs in the destination country decide how fast a parcel is cleared. Checks or missing papers can add days.

Always ask the courier centre for the expected delivery time for your country.

5. What Affects the Price

For domestic parcels, M&P charges by the higher of the real weight and a weight worked out from the box size. Ask whether the same applies to your overseas parcel:

Duties and taxes: We could not confirm who pays customs duties or import taxes for M&P overseas parcels. In many countries the receiver pays them on arrival. Ask M&P before you send, so the receiver is not surprised.

6. Tracking International Consignments

Tracking an overseas parcel usually has two parts:

Inside Pakistan

While the parcel is in Pakistan, track it with your M&P tracking number (at least 7 digits) on mulphilog.com as it moves from the courier centre towards its departure point.

After It Leaves Pakistan

After it leaves Pakistan, another courier may give it a new tracking number. Ask M&P customer care for this number if you need it.

Can I seal my overseas parcel before I go to the courier centre?

Ask first. We could not confirm M&P’s rule. Some couriers need to see the contents before the parcel is sealed, so it is safer to bring it open.

Who pays customs duties in the destination country?

We could not confirm M&P’s terms. In many countries the receiver pays duties and taxes before delivery. Ask M&P when you book.
