M&P Same Day Delivery: How the Service Works

According to M&P’s own information (mulphilog.com), Same Day delivery is only an intra-city service service. The parcel must start and end in the same city. It does not go between cities.

1. What Is M&P Same Day Delivery?

M&P Same Day delivery is for urgent documents, contracts, spare parts and other parcels that must arrive on the day they are sent.

Because the parcel stays in one city, it does not go through the sorting between cities. We could not confirm the exact booking and delivery times, so ask your courier centre.

2. Cities With Same Day Service

M&P confirms Same Day delivery inside each of these three cities:

Sindh Region

Karachi

Parcels sent and delivered within Karachi.

Punjab Region

Lahore

Parcels sent and delivered within Lahore.

Federal Capital

Islamabad

Parcels sent and delivered within Islamabad.

Please note:

You cannot send a Same Day parcel from Lahore to Karachi, or from Islamabad to Lahore. For parcels between cities, use Overnight delivery or Second Day delivery.

3. Same Day vs Overnight

The right choice depends on where the parcel is going and when you book:

Same Day (Intra-City)

The sender and receiver are in the same city.
Book before the courier centre’s cut-off.
Delivered on the day you send it.
Good for urgent local documents.

Overnight (Inter-City)

Goes between cities.
Book before the courier centre’s cut-off.
Aims to deliver the next working day.
Good for parcels going to another city.

4. What to Check Before Booking Same Day

To help the delivery go smoothly, check these points before you hand in your parcel:

Cut-off time: Each courier centre sets its own Same Day cut-off time. Ask the staff when you book. A parcel booked after the cut-off may go on a later service.
Someone at home: Make sure someone will be at the address to receive the parcel that day.
Full address and phone number: Give clear landmarks and a mobile number that is switched on, so the rider can find the address.

5. Tracking Your Same Day Parcel

Same Day parcels get a normal M&P tracking number with at least 7 digits. Follow your parcel on the official M&P website at mulphilog.com.

M&P confirms Same Day only within Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Ask your M&P courier centre whether your exact address can be served the same day.

Heavy rain, flooding or bad traffic can sometimes stop a delivery being made that day. We could not confirm what M&P does next, so call the helpline if your parcel is late.
