1. What Is M&P Corporate COD?

M&P Corporate COD is a cash on delivery service for businesses that send many parcels, such as online shops and larger brands.

M&P is part of Muller & Phipps Pakistan. It has more than 750 courier centres and handles more than 2 million shipments a year. Corporate COD is one of its two cash on delivery options.

2. How Corporate COD Differs from Retail COD

M&P offers two cash on delivery options: Retail COD and Corporate COD. The main differences usually look like this:

Retail COD (Individuals and Small Sellers)

Suited to sellers who send a few parcels.
Parcels are usually booked at an M&P courier centre.
Standard retail counter billing.
Ask M&P which details you need to open an account.

3. What Business Senders Can Expect

Here is what M&P has confirmed, and what you should ask about:

Pickups: M&P offers pickups for registered business and retail accounts. The daily booking cut-off is around 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Book through mulphilog.com or the helpline.
Account contact: We could not confirm whether every business gets a named account contact. Ask M&P when you apply.
Booking many parcels: We could not confirm how many parcels you can book at once or which file types the portal accepts. Ask M&P for the current booking options.
Packing: M&P offers My Flyer bags for documents and flat items, and My Box cardboard boxes for parcels.

4. M&P Business Portals: Raabta and CPLight

M&P has two online portals for business customers:

CPLight COD Portal

5. How to Ask for a Corporate Account

Businesses start by contacting M&P. We could not confirm a public list of documents, so be ready to answer questions like these:

Business details: Your business details, such as your registration and tax number.
Bank account: The business bank account where you want cash on delivery money paid.
Parcel numbers: How many parcels you send each month, where they go and how big they are.
Agreement: Read the agreement carefully before you sign it.

We could not confirm a minimum. M&P decides based on your expected monthly parcels, so ask when you contact them.

Can buyers use the business portals?
