How to Track an M&P Shipment Online
A simple walk-through for anyone waiting on a parcel: where to find the CN number, how to search, and what each step of the trip means.
This guide explains how M&P tracking works. To look up your parcel, use our tracker above or M&P’s own site at mulphilog.com.
1. What you need before you start
To check an M&P Express Logistics parcel, you need just one thing: the consignment note (CN) number. You do not need a password or an account to track a parcel.
The 7-Digit Minimum Rule
M&P’s own tracker asks for at least 7 digits. Shorter numbers are turned down before the search even starts.
Type only the digits. Leave out spaces, dashes and words like “CN” or “Tracking #”.
2. Where to find your M&P CN number
Where to look depends on whether you sent the parcel or ordered something online. It will be in one of three places:
Physical Booking Slip
If you handed in a parcel at one of M&P’s 750+ courier centres, you got a paper receipt. The CN number is near the top, usually under the barcode.
Automated SMS Alert
For cash on delivery orders and shop parcels, M&P usually sends an SMS to the receiver’s phone with the CN number.
E-Commerce Confirmation
Online shops usually add a tracking link or CN number to your order page once the parcel is handed to M&P.

3. Step-by-Step Tracking Procedure
Follow these steps to see your parcel’s details:
- Open the Tracking Portal: Open our home page, or M&P’s own site at mulphilog.com.
- Find the search box: It is the large tracking box at the top of the page.
- Enter Your Consignment Number: Type your CN number (7 digits or more). Make sure there are no letters or spaces by mistake.
- Submit the Query: Press the track button or hit Enter.
- Review the Event History: You will see the sending city, the delivery city, the booking date, where the parcel is now, and a list of every scan in order.
4. Packaging: My Flyer and My Box
Your receipt may name the packaging used. M&P sells two kinds at its courier centres:
My Flyer Packaging
Plastic flyer bags for documents, clothes and other flat or light items. The barcode sticker goes on the outside of the bag.
My Box Packaging
Cardboard boxes in set sizes for parcels that need more protection. The barcode goes on the box.
Both use the same kind of CN number, and you track them the same way.
5. What to do if the tracker says “No Record Found”
If the search says no record was found, do not panic. Your parcel is probably not lost. These are the usual reasons:
- Same-Day Counter Drop-off: Parcels handed in during the afternoon are often scanned in the evening, when they reach the hub.
- Incorrect Digits Entered: Check that you typed every digit and that the number has at least 7 digits.
- Merchant Pre-Booking: Online shops often print labels a few hours or a day before M&P collects the parcels.

6. When to contact M&P
If your parcel has had no new scan for a few working days, or it is much later than you expected, contact M&P customer care.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I track an M&P parcel without the CN number?
No. You need the CN number. If you are the receiver, ask the sender or the shop for it. If you sent the parcel and lost the receipt, go back to the courier centre where you booked it, with your CNIC and the booking details.
How often does M&P tracking update?
M&P adds a scan at each handling step: booking, arrival at a sorting centre, leaving for another city, reaching your city and going out for delivery. There are no updates while the parcel is on the road between hubs.
What does “Out for Delivery” mean?
Your parcel has been sorted at your local branch and a rider will bring it to you that day, between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
