M&P has more than 750 courier centres. A Second Day parcel usually goes through these steps within 48 to 72 hours:
- Day 1 (Booking): You hand the parcel in at a courier centre, or book a pickup before the cut-off of around 5:00 PM. It is scanned and sent towards the delivery city.
- Day 2 (Travel Between Cities): The parcel travels between hubs towards the delivery city. We could not confirm whether it goes by road or air.
