M&P Complaint Helpline & Delivery Dispute Resolution Guide
How to deal with delivery problems, dispute a delivery try that did not happen, complain to M&P and follow up if it is not sorted out.
Direct Answer
To complain to M&P or report a wrong delivery status, call (021) 111-202-202 or email contact@mulphilog.com with your tracking number. If tracking says 'Customer Not Available' but nobody came, call quickly so the parcel is not sent back to the seller.
1. When Tracking Says ’Customer Not Available’ but Nobody Came
A common problem is tracking that says “Customer Not Available” or “Premises Closed” when you were at home all day and nobody called.
We do not know why a wrong status appears in any one case, so do not guess. Here is what to do:
After failed delivery tries, a parcel may be sent back to the seller. Contact customer support quickly, before the parcel starts its return trip.
Ask customer service to read out the phone number on the label. A single wrong digit can stop the rider reaching you.
Ask them to add clear delivery directions and to try again.
2. How to Make a Complaint, Step by Step
A clear complaint is easier for M&P to check. Follow these steps:
Find your tracking number (at least 7 digits). Take screenshots of the tracking history, note the time of the scan you dispute and have your contact details ready.
Call (021) 111-202-202 during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM).
Before you end the call, ask whether there is a reference number for your complaint. You will need it to follow up.
For damage or missing items, email contact@mulphilog.com with your tracking number and any reference number in the subject line. Attach clear photos.

4. If a Lost, Damaged or Stuck Parcel Is Not Sorted Out
If your first call does not solve the problem, try these next steps:
If tracking shows the parcel has not moved from a hub for a long time, call the helpline again with your reference number and ask them to check where it is.
Email contact@mulphilog.com with your reference number in the subject line. Attach your earlier messages and say what the parcel contains and what it is worth.
For urgent documents, ask the helpline whether you can collect the parcel from the local courier centre. Take your CNIC and tracking number.
5. Why the Seller Matters in a Claim
Many buyers are not sure who is responsible when an online order goes missing or arrives damaged.
When an online shop sends a parcel with M&P, the shipping agreement is between M&P and the shop, not the buyer. This means:
- Compensation: Any compensation from M&P usually goes to the shop, not to the buyer.
- The shop: The shop should give you a replacement or a refund under its own terms.
- Share your reference: Share your M&P reference number with the shop, so it can follow up with M&P too.
